Business cards and gaining storefront customers

Vista print as people have mentioned good for cards, with a qoute spot on back. As for getting storefronts things that work for one place may not work for all.
I use instagram direct dm, I have mentioned this to others as well. Look for #yourareacafe for eg then you can direct message the owner of the business generally its the owner or manager. They can also see your work that you do at same time. You can do this 150 times a night around your local area if you want. Plus when around always card drop as well.

For you " note taking-make sure everything is ready" types, that book is ideal… You could procrastinate another year with all the homework and research Chris doles out. :face_with_raised_eyebrow: Thank god for it too. I would have had no idea how to research the residential market In my area. “oh those look like nice houses” is what I WAS doing

I saw this a while back, I definately like the discrete advertising you do with them keeping their bid to refer to but also you have all of your information on the other side. At that point they are holding on to what they need to contact you for work by obligation to reference and consistency in seeing your info. Genius idea! It’s a reminder that you have offered a service and want their business. Love it.

I used Vista print, I have no complaints-- if they see your work, the business card is just so they can CALL YOU TO SCHEDULE A CLEANING! Give it your own personal touch, you will be happy. If not, you can always make another batch the following year.

I only have a few stores I am cleaning, but every month when I go I take a look at the surrounding stores. I leave a card every other time if I notice they are still dirty and the business is still around-- I am not very aggressive and it’s hit and miss-- but over time all the stores will be getting cleaned and they will ask the neighboring stores “So, who does your windows?”-- Persistence pays and it’s “found money” that adds to your bottom line and route.
