Business for Sale

Hi, I’m selling my business in Delaware and am looking for someone that wants to take the business to the next level.

I’ve been window cleaning and power washing for 26 years. Currently have over 3000 customer contacts in Customer Factor and 100’s of prospects. I have not advertised in over 7 years. There is a website that gets most of the business and has 200 reviews on Google, a few on Yelp and many on Angi’s. I typically run 1 man for commercial and 2, 2 man resi crews starting the 3rd week of March thru the first week of January. The past 5 years, I ran a 3rd 2 man crew in the spring and fall. Most of the business is residential. There are 3 vans, stickered and ready to go and a 4th older van. Last year I scaled back our services to window cleaning only and it worked out great and I’m still not able to schedule all the people that had accepted proposals. The calls keep coming in.

If I was buying this business, I’d plan on having 5, 2 man crews on residential and 1 crew on commercial by the end of the year. I’d advertise again this year to get a surge for next year and add more crews and keep on growing from there. The business has a good reputation and lots of yearly customers. Our location is ideal for this business because of the density of large homes with lots of windows. The business would be a million dollar business within the next 3-4 years.
