Cargo Trailer, Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing equipment in NYC area

Hello all,

This is Jacob from Greenview Window Washing. I’ve closed my window cleaning/pressure washing company in Vermont at the end of 2013 and have some great equipment for sale, as well as a cargo trailer set up for storing extension poles and a IPC Eagle Hydro Cart (it will work with most other setups). It’s taken a while, but I am finally listing everything for sale and wanted to post it here first! This equipment has been stored in New York since Fall 2013, and has actually never spent a winter in Vermont - too cold up there!

I will try to get some photos up soon. Let me know if there are any particular items you want to know more about. This is a great chance to save money on high quality equipment!

Window Cleaning Equipment available:

  • IPC Eagle Hydro Cart, 5 stage RO/DI setup. This machine works wonderfully and has been used on windows up to four stories, running two poles simultaneously. The machine is powerful enough that you can use longer poles to reach even higher. I am happy to help anyone new to using WFP’s with techniques and tips I’ve learned.
  • Gardener carbon fiber poles, 40’ and 30’ in length, these are awesome, super lightweight poles!
  • An assortment of brushes and attachments for these poles. Also have some smaller fiberglass poles which are handy for lower level windows and other cleaning.
  • Many Squeegees and T-bars or various styles
  • scrub pads, angle arms and more!
  • 24’ and 28’ heavy duty fiberglass extension ladders with ladder levelers installed on all feet and to be included with sale.
  • 2 multi-use folding ladders that come in handy for just about everything.
  • several Werner fiberglass stepladders

Pressure Washing Equipment:

  • 2 x 4,000 psi, 4 rpm pressure washers for sale. both in very good condition.
  • a 24" surface cleaner
  • high pressure hosing
  • gutter cleaning attachment
  • Pressure washing extension wands
  • Ladder Saver nozzle
  • hundreds of feet of garden hosing
  • other attachments and accessories available, please contact me if you are interested!

Painting Supplies:

  • several Dewalt rotary sanders and sandpaper
  • belt sander, finishing sanders, pole sanders
  • sanding blocks, paint rollers, poles, caulking guns

Cargo Trailer:

  • Haulmark Passport trailer. It’s 6’ wide and 14’ long. Single axel, in good shape. I’ve built shelving and racks to hold window cleaning supplies, hosing, extension poles, brushes etc, have mounted the IPC Eagle hydro cart (which could be replaced by any other system), and built a ramp to easily remove the hydro cart or pressure washers when necessary. The trailer is certainly best suited for someone in the window cleaning or pressure washing industry which is why I am listing it here first!

I am selling all equipment on a first-come first serve basis, and will list elsewhere soon. I will consider delivery of the equipment to most areas within a few hours drive of New York City. Will consider all fair offers on any, or all items listed. The reason I am posting everything on WCR first is that I would enjoy if this equipment goes to good people in the industry, and this ‘Resource’ was very useful to us in establishing Greenview Window Washing!

Again, please be in touch if you are interested in knowing more about or acquiring any of the equipment listed above. Thanks.

Sorry I need some more posts apparently before I can reply to your PMs or post my own email for you to contact me.

I am back and will be checking this forum. I can take pictures of the equipment in a few weeks when back in NY, or send the most recent photos I have of everything to anyone interested.

The poles are great Gardiner SLX carbon fiber poles.

For the pressure washers I’m asking ~$400.

Sorry I can’t reply to PMs yet, I will check back here and hopefully have enough posts soon to properly communicate with you all.

Jacob

Just to be clear, I am asking ~400 each for the pressure washers

I can get new gardener SLX 30 for a $540 oh what’s the price of your SLX 30 pole
The extreme light pole with its center clamp design wrap would be a better choice for a used Pole because it takes less wear because there’s only one wear point in the middle of each section
