Now I just have to get it wrapped.
Is it ok for me to feel envious? That is one sweet ride. I’m selling my truck as soon as I can find a car like yours.
It sure is Phil. I don’t blame you for feeling this way either.
all kidding aside it is one of my workers cars and he was saving me a trip by bringing an extra ladder to me.
I used to drive that Toyota in the background, have since retired and bought an 04 dodge 3500.
I started with and 84 Buick Regal with a Yakima rack, I bet bet my customers thought who the F#$% is this person cleaning my windows, it made me money but laughable today. You could organize everything nicely in the trunk though and it was easy to get to.
To funny Ryan , I also had a 84 regal with a 305 in it. That car was a lot of fun,no ladder carrying thought.
One of my friends who owns a landscape biz has Yakima racks on top of ford rangers and uses them to hold shovels, rakes, etc. brilliant
Oh man I would have loved to have the 305, I did have the moon roof though so I could actually keep an eye on my ladders while driving! I then upgraded to an 88 Saab 900 with Yakima rack and for some reason I thought that was bad ass and would get me more customers.
To funny, what did your customers really think?
I still have 90% of my original customers when I had all those sweet rides but I’m afraid to ask what they thought. I’m sure they were shocked when I finally pulled up in a truck.
In a good way, I’ll bet.
Best Window Cleaning ride I ever used was my 1985 Lincoln Town Car, white with a navy blue pinstrip and a white soft top. Pimpin Baby.
Man, talk about luxury ride.
