I am looking to talk to a window cleaner who has successfully added Christmas light installation to their buisness model during the winter time.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
I’vethought about it. Hang em, tear em down, and store em. We have a landscaping company in the area that does that.

We have companies here who do it, and make great money. But it’s freezing and wet and extremely dangerous. I would rather spend my time in Hawaii, and be healthy for next season.
