I like the way you are looking at it. IN THE LONG RUN. That is a good way to do it.
Think if you get another account from doing a great job on that place. Maybe it is another 45 a month. Over 1,000 a year but could be 0 if you walk on it. What do you have to lose? Time? lol. Not like it costs you anything other than time…sometimes you just have to make the sacrifice. You’d be surprised how they will react when you “go the extra mile”.
I think you guys must have far more loyal storefront customers than I have ever come across.

That loyal thing is real prevalent over here in Dallas as well. But after the xmas season I am looking to snag a few by taking the paint off at regular price. Just to get the accounts
