On these windows it looks like there are 2 panes of glass and the condensation/hard water marks are between the panes. I believe it is a seal problem as I can see plastic coming off on the outside and letting moisture in between the glass. Is there a way to remedy this or do the windows need to be replace/repaired?
If it is a blown seal then there is no remedy for it. They need to replace it.
