Clean 18 solar panels bit over 4 minutes!

This is the future of cleaning solar panels using doodlebug pads on a water fed pad holder.
This can also be adapted to large commercial windows as well.
The video is how long it took to clean these 18 Solar panels.
(These are not going to be sold.)
And if you like to try one for your self will be happy to give all the information on how we made this. (for the people that are that way inclined)

I watched this on FB yesterday, I mean its a good idea, but no rinse bar, not rinsing was the initial problems I saw.
I mean you don’t look thru them so it doesn’t really matter but I could get that done as quick with a brush it I was not rinsing and it would not look as awkward.
I’m sure your gonna tell me it doesn’t need to be rinsed, but ones standards are not another’s, I might spend an extra few mins rinsing without a rinse bar, but that’s just me. I have used pads on doodlebugs in the past when I have stubborn debris.

This video looks awkward with the different swivels on the pole.

Well it ;came up clean and 'was pretty dirty.
Yes your right didn’t have to rinse the pad is much more aggressive then a brush.
Doesn’t hold any dirt like some brushes do.
Has 6 pencil jets they are spaced so to rinse as you scrub.
But anyway the only way you know how it will work is make one see for your self.
As said happy to do a video how to very easy to make cost about $5 to $10 material.

Plus 1.

Herman, I think it might be better for your RSI to keep the swivel locked in situations like this one. Your wrists must be fighting the twisting motion at least a little bit, and in my experience it doesn’t seem like I gain any advantage with a swivel when the pad/brush head is nearly perpendicular to the pole.

I admire your inventiveness. I see this type of scrubber working well on skylights, too, as long as I adapt a rinse bar for it.

Yes you right that swivel it this situation having that extension on the end did make it a bit difficult.
But if was directly on the pole would not be a problem.
Know you can’t tell but this rinsed just fine.

I love tinkering with stuff, would love to know how you made this.
