Cleaning Metal or Aluminum Ceiling Tiles at a Local Waffle House

Hi WCR,

I recently had a local Waffle House ask if I could clean ceiling tiles while there cleaning windows once a month. The tiles are aluminum i think. The dust and dirt stick to them like crazy because of the grease that also adheres to them. Are there efficient ways to handle this cleaning task?

Look up Steve Spung from H & S Window Cleaning out of Atlanta, Ga. I know his company used (maybe still does?) to clean Waffle House ceiling for over 50 locations or something crazy like that.

He doesn’t post much, but look him up and shoot him an e-mail or PM and I’m sure he’d give you some good advice on cleaning those.
