Cleaning Tinted Windows

On Friday I’m cleaning my first major tinted home… seen plenty of light tint here and there, but this is the really heavy dark stuff…

Anything I should know/anyone have any tips… I’ve heard I can’t use ammonia and in searching found that you all use it to take tint off; must eat up the glue or something, eh?

The homeowner said the house sat for quite some time and is pretty dirty so I want to make sure I get all the crud off even though I can’t use a razor

When I’m dealing w/ tint I use my standard solution w/ GG4 and for the extra dirty stuff a light spray of Simple Green.

This is what I use for interiors with tinted glass, along with a microfiber sleeve

Edit : where it says “Ventanas ahumadas” that means tinted windows

Thanks guys. I always use microfiber sleeves and GG4… I’ll toss in a bit of simple green and get to it.
