Cold calls. Need Help

It sounds like window cleaners in the USA have a hard time keeping their clients. I very rarely take on new clients b’cos I have to many as it is, 90% of my clients have been with me for 13yrs the 10% they have been clients 5yrs & over.

As for my customer retention I’m at 98% which is super good in my opinion. I just want more. I’m a firm believer in moving forward for every aspect of my life. Growing my business is very important as I want more freedom for other investments. Like Mike Ferry says if your not prospecting your dying. How many clients do you have? I’m at roughly 300 I’ve owned my business for 5 years. 3 of them I didn’t even advertise. I live in a very small town com paired to most.

How exactly do you go about getting commercial accounts? Or any other for that matter. I have always felt the same way you guys do that’s why I do 90% resi work and very few commercial. Eddm has always been my bread winner. After referrals of course.

I don’t do commercial at all. 100% residential. I can’t bring myself to cold call anyone because when I get cold calls I want to climb the wall backwards .
