Yes, Chris, we simply put a 1st class stamp on it. Customers are much more likely to return it. We get about 25% back.

We do something very similar… You can get amazing feedback from these cards. We also use them for an opportunity to get more work. $20 off next service, refer are friend etc… the possibilities are endless.
