Hey guys need some help. I’ve pretty much been all residential up to this points but I’ve had a hospital and a local academy call almost back to back looking for window cleaning and pressure washing bid. So I was wondering if someone who gets a bigger commercial jobs could point me in the direction or an example of a professional looking commercial bid. An help or advice would be appreciated.
I also would like to know the methods use by anybody who cleans big commercial building like academy. The exterior is stucco so I’m assuming the normal stucco house mix?
