Anyone here carry limited liability in Florida. I’m a sole proprietor and have been cleaning windows now for over 30 years, never made a claim and it’s just my wife and myself doing 99% residential. I live in Miami and my premium for 1 million coverage is now $2955/yr. I just called my insurance agent and he said prices in Florida especially have skyrocketed. That price seems insane especially since just a few years ago I was paying $800/yr living in Vermont. Any suggestions guys?
