Was asked to bid on an apartment place that had about 200 double hung windows with screens on the outside.
Sent an estimate and they said: The property was cleaned a long ago and there are stain left on some of the windows that may not be removed by just using soap and water.
Also, is it possible please if the process can be detailed on the estimate.
I’ll have to let them know a new estimate would have to be sent since it’s not just using soap and water to clean but falls under restoration.

Just from my limited understanding the windows are aluminum and over time the aluminum wears down and gets on the glass and the sun bakes it in and that’s why it has those stains?
Would bio clean or something else like one restore work on this?
