Company needs me to sign up with Service Channel?

A national restaurant chain wants my company to do the window cleaning at their business in my area. They asked if I am signed up with Service Channel. Apparently they are not a national service provider; more like a consulting type of company. They only want me to do this so I can get paid easily…Anyone here know anything about it.

I had a multi-location account I had to do that for… No issues

Yup, just sign up and do the training. They do the billing and scheduling for their customers.

Once the restaurant sets you up with a schedule it’s nice because once you check in and invoice them it’s all automated.

The way I do ivr is to do the check in and check out at the same time to save time. My chain doesn’t have a problem with it.

I have been looking at the training stuff on the website…

For instance, this company wants me to do the cleanings every two weeks. Will I have to get a work order from someone before or just check in/out with the ivr and then invoice.

Yeah THEY need to set that up. Then you’ll get a summary with all the work orders in it. Then you call in those numbers to check in out.
