When the problems lie within the agent, how does one prevent it when we are not involved in the problem?
This guy isn’t registered with a cd company email add or located anywhere near the Texas cd headquarters…
I’m not saying he doesn’t work there though…
Did any of you do a search for positive reviews of Compliance Depot? There are plenty.
You are either clueless or a troll. Either way, you are a coward. So far you have offered nothing but evasion and deflection and still refuse to identify yourself. Until you actually address the issues presented here I’m through with you.
Whats up with all the linkbacks to spammy sites on this thread?
Not sure what you mean. I don’t see any. Am I missing something?
No there are not plenty, here is what came up on page 1 of google

Let’s be clear - I’m not mad at anyone and don’t need to be. I just believe your service is a scam and is wholly unnecessary. If you feel the need to be mad at anyone for my statement, then it’s probably more guilt than anger that you feel.
And as far as not using scare tactics, tell me your business doesn’t go after clients by telling them that they are at risk of being ripped off or suffering substantial financial loss by unscrupulous, unethical and criminal contractors if they don’t buy your service. That - to me - is using scare tactics, and you have no other position from which to push your so-called service.
Tell me this - why are there so very many complaints of contractors/businesses not being paid on time for services rendered simply because your company claims that said contractor/business is not in compliance with your policies? If services have satisfactorily been completed then those services need to be paid for on time regardless of what Compliance Depot thinks, feels or otherwise determines. Because in the end - no one really cares about the policies of some third party who has weaseled their way into a middle-man position where none is really needed and done nothing more than introduce a ton of red tape and unduly deprived contractors/businesses of money they’ve honestly, ethically and lawfully earned.
Then you didn’t do much of a search.
Management companies use us in order to save them money. Instead of the clients paying for paperwork processing and background screenings, they use us. It is not a scam and this is the future…they are passing the cost on to their vendors.
We do not tell companies they are at risk of being ripped off…not sure where you came up with that. Clients do not want criminals on their properties so we make sure that proper background screenings are done.
We don’t have anything to do with when you get paid. That is between you and the client. If you are in compliance, then there is nothing for you to worry about. Many clients have realized that monitoring insurance is very time consuming so they just use us. Before using us, many vendors were able to work without meeting the client’s requirements. Our job is to enforce the requirements.
It is not our policies that are at issue here…it is the client’s policies. We only follow the requirements set by each client and it is obvious a middle man is needed because the clients are unable to keep up with monitoring requirements.
Just page one of Google. For the search term “positive reviews of compliance depot”. Obviously a very weak attempt. You should have searched something like: “amazingly stellar performance of compliance in a depot type of setting” like any reasonable person trying to give compliance depot a fair shake would do.
When you bring on a new client, do you simply ask them to list their current policies so that you can enforce them? Or do you advise them to add to, change or alter their policies in any way? Because what I’ve been able to determine - and tell me if this is incorrect - is that the policies you claim are your customers and not yours are the very same policies you advised them to adopt. If that is the case, then your claim that it isn’t your policies at issue here but, rather, the clients, is misleading at best.
Please note comments in blue within the quote above.
Also note that I’m not really trying to attack your business even though I’m sure it seems that way. I just see it as just another form of pointless bureaucracy that messes up something which doesn’t need to be fixed, and I happen to be one of those people who simply says what they think without a lot of sugar coating. If you can show me the value - and I mean real value, not just rhetoric - then I’m certainly willing to hear it out and will openly and just as directly admit if I’m found to be wrong. To be followed by an apology.
But I don’t see it happening.
We have no ability to give our customers on either end a positive experience. Stop expecting us to care. Don’t you realize that we got roped into this terrible business model within this terrible industry, and we are victims to the terrible circumstances? By the way, this is the future! To infinity… And beyond!
I love it when Curt gets riled-up, lol, 5star!
Curt getting feisty up in this piece…
Oh haha, guess I should read to the end of the thread before I repeat Larry. Sorry, wasn’t trying to copy you, tbh.
Don’t think I didn’t notice that mole’
Great minds think alike…
Had to try to stand out from the appalling crap from compliance depot in this thread somehow…and since I’m not so good at empathy, I figured honesty might be a refreshing change-up?
Your honesty is refreshing, tbh.
