Compliance depot scam

After my last post I started thinking “wow this is such a poor performance it may just be someone trolling”.

Most of the complaints are due to the vendors not understanding the process. Calls are returned within 24 hours of the initial call. Paperwork is not lost considering it is all computerized. Many times agents and vendors are sure they sent it but I does not get to us. The average hold time is 3 minutes so it is not forever.

You want the truth so I am I in you the truth. You just don’t want to hear h truth. Many complaints we get are because of insurance requirements. We cannot take the blame on that because we do not set the requirements.

You did not answer my question on what you wan us to do

People can’t buy your product and sell it for you.

Start by sharing some credentials. Most of us here already share ours. Your attitude and reaction to these complaints has been so bad that your true identity is making us think you are just a troll.

If you really work for CD, then read the complaints and understand that, like it or not, your company is the (real or perceived) problem here. Discover the contractor’s point-of-view and work to make their job easier. Then read your previous responses and imagine (if you can’t already tell) how you look to us. We’re a bunch of serious business owners who get frustrated when we face what appear to us to be unnecessary and sometimes disrespectful road-blocks.

You have received honest criticism and have been treated with more respect than most here believe they have received from your company. Here is your (latest) opportunity to reciprocate.

Big red flag…

Companies should provide requirements and expectations at all times. It is just good business…hell report them to the BBB

I’ve gone back through and read all the posts in this thread and the biggest complaint isn’t the requirements that need to be met, it’s having to pay the $95 before you can even find out what the requirements are. Can you speak to that complaint compliance depot? Also could you speak about your F rating from the BBB and all the other negative reviews linked to in a earlier post.

The complaints are not about the requirements, they are about how they are handled on your end, not returning calls, losing faxes, delaying payment after work has already been done, putting someone in non-compliance for using a & instead of the word and. Can you explain what the difference would be legally between a & and the word and in a insurance document?

What you should do. YOU, should identify the problem which shouldn’t be too hard considering the content of this post. Once YOU have identified the issue, YOU should correct it. That is how a business that wishes to stay in business operates.

I haven’t read through all of these posts, and really don’t even know what CD is. But after reading the last couple of pages, you are certainly someone that I would NEVER consider working with. I’m not even interested in googling you to find out who you are. There are obviously issues that you are neglecting. Whether it’s from your end, your clients end, or our end, there is an ongoing issue that needs attention.

I am a licensed insurance agent. How is Compliance Depot the real problem? Please explain. We actually do work to make you jobs easier. We offer to call your agent to get any corrections on the certificate handled.

I understand. But in almost all cases we offer to send you the insurance certificate before payment is made so you can have your agent review it. You receive everything before payment is made.

We can’t correct problems that involve the agent or client. I agree issues need to be resolved…but the vendors need to go to the source of the problem, not to Compliance Depot

Instead of correct, can you prevent the problems?

From all these post I now see exactly what the problem is. This can’t be real. I don’t think the responses could be worse if you tried.

You are not paying attention to anything said.

First: Who are you? Nearly everybody posting here gives their name, company name and city. You haven’t shared anything except a claim to work for CD. We have credibility. So far, you have none. Who are you?

Second: Accept accountability. Perception is reality. The perception here is that your company is a big problem. (If you really work for Compliance Depot - you won’t tell us who you really are.) That perception is reality to all of the real, identifiable people here who have dealt with your company and have complaints. You have not given a single apology, a single explanation. All you have done is pass the buck. You have blamed us. You have blamed your clients. (I have to think that your clients would be interested in reading your comments about them.)

Third: Consider how you appear to others. In a thread with more than 100 posts full of complaints about your company and the problems faced in dealing with you, you have the nerve to say “We actually do work to make you jobs easier.” You appear to be clueless. The louder you shout that it’s not your fault, the more clueless you appear. Keep it up. Google knows where this thread is.

Evidence that @Compliancedepot is a troll. After more than 3 months, (s)he resurrects the thread to make CD look even worse. They could have just let this thread lay dormant, and stop gaining SEO traction.
