I read that before I called them. The CS rep was very hard to talk to, but she has sent me all the information I need to be compliant before I pay and it is $100, which gives me access to all 9 properties that the management company owns (not &100 per property). The property manager told me that if we do a good job then she will be sure to recommend us to the other properties. I’ve pissed away more money than that on far less.

I think the Compliance Depot thread from a few years ago is one of the longest threads on the forum. There is a lot of info there, including, if I remember correctly, some dialogue with a CD representative who didn’t do his company any favors.

I need to vent. First off, this is my own personal opinion. With that said, let me begin. Back in August, I bid on a sweet 3 story apt. building. I get a call saying I was not the lowest, but the winning bidder. The Apt. Bldg. is run by a management company. They now tell me I have to contact this company called COMPLIANCE DEPOT, and go thru them…oh and there is a fee. This is where I went against my better judgement. They want ME to pay a fee to a company that will investigate my company on TH…
