Been taking on a lot of construction cleans lately. For this I’ve been charging by the hour in English I tell them it’s £40 p/h i think in US it’s $48 some have been happy to pay others I think tend to go elsewhere. Just wanted some of your guys advise is it too high to low. Thanks James

It all depends on what you charge for ‘normal’ cleaning. Like Gary says, the rule of thumb is 3x the ‘normal’ cleaning. It could be higher or lower some depending on what state the windows/tracks/frames are in.
