Hi I am an experience negotiator, and planner looking for consultancy work. I can survey any job in the industry. Work from blue prints and photos, plan Jobs and work out drop plans and all safety on the sites. Most time I can give you 60% profit on a job. I have often dealt with million dollar jobs.

If you need any help on a large job I can also do roof man and safety officer. I am always looking for work and only charge once a job is finalized and invoice paid. I always come in on budget it cost nothing to contact me and you will be surprised at what I can produce

my mistake it toke of like a rocket. i am on a large flagship site at this moment and i spend my time trying to hide from health and safety officers asking advice. contractors wanting there staff certified. answering questions on rigging and now spider wants to train the team i am working for another member of this forum, on commisioning spider stages. the job gets bigger every day. the biggest laught is there are three companys wanting to do the annual maintance and all three have come to me to provide the window quotes.
