You’re also able to post in HTML in CL. The thing is, if you hide everything in the HTML code, CL can’t search your keywords so they have to be added at the bottom.
You can create your own HTML template or go to USE.com and they have hundreds of templates available. They’re pretty simple to use and manage. Use.com also stores your pictures for you.

Good looking ad. In my area if you looked up window cleaning on CL right now you would see almost 20 of my competitors. To stay anywhere near the top you need to repost every hour during the day. It can work but it is time consuming. Most of the people posting in my area are posting 10+ ads a day to keep theres on top. I know it will only let you post 3 a day or 8 a week per account and each account has to be phone verified with seperate phone numbers for each account.(May be different for your area) but in my area competition is huge on there. I really only post a few a week now for SEO purposes only.

There is no SEO advantage to posting on craigslist. All their postings are coded as do not follow. The advantage you do get is your ad may show up in a google search as a craigslist ad. If the ad is not more than 45 days old they can click through to it.
It creates popularity and traffic for SEO purposes.
