Customer acquisition costs

How much do you guys pay attention to customer acquistion costs? and is anyone willing to share what it costs you per customer?

I realize it will vary greatly, but I’m curious to see what the numbers look like.

Average cost is $5-10 per customer. Most of that is the cost of a click, and then the 5 minutes it takes to get all their info and schedule them.

On commercial that requires an on site quote, that’s about $50. Advertising, time to walk the job and enter info.

I believe that is one of the most important numbers to know in your business. You also need to know the cost of keeping that customer.

Cac for me is $48 and retention cost $8.

Once you have a customer it is way more profitable to keep them then searching to fill those spots.

100% of my business has come from word of mouth and networking. Talking to people that know a lot of people with a lot of money and glass. I’ve yet to delve into mass marketing. I’m setting up a business plan for spring.

Im happy to hear this.
