Customer service

i like to think i give pretty good customer service but of course sometimes we screw up. if the customer is unhappy we appreciate the opportunity to make it right even if we are not to blame and if we do a good job of making it right i still hope for a 5 star review based on after-sale service.
when i deal with a businesses as a customer i always hope everything will be perfect but sometimes when things go wrong there can be bit of anticipation about how that business will handle the situation.
i was recently in that position.
without going into unnecessary detail the supplier was WCR.
their response was beyond expectations.
