A little spit shine does wonders. Just give it a good spittin’ and work it into the glass. Or a little Dawn.

Ha! I’d say it really doesn’t matter if they get serviced at least every month. 
Route work just gets dirty faster, period. Vehicle emissions and other crud flying around has me thinking even a month of relative cleanliness is a small miracle we take for granted.
The windows on my own house get cleaned with dish soap and I get about 3-4 months before they look like route jobs after one month.
