Direct to Mail campaign

so I’m highly interested in giving direct to mail a shot. I noticed a lot of people on here have recommended it.

  1. How do you go about setting it up? Is it through your local postal office? do they design the flyer for you? (located in canada)

  2. what’s been the most successful strategy for you? I know you have to send more than once the same flyer in one area for best results…

  3. Whats the average ROI?

Any answers from people with experience would be awesome
