Do you do window cleaning, pressure washing, or landscaping for ServUrite Services?

Just wondering if anyone else has been working for them, especially at Kroger Stores and if you are being paid on time. They started out paying punctually at the beginning of the contract but have gotten slower and slower. It seems it takes a few phone calls to get paid and the company that does the pressure washing at the Kroger stores here has been waiting at least 90 days to get paid.

I’m referring to the ServURite Services, Inc. at 990 Enchanted Way, Suite 107 Simi Valley, CA 93065.

I have worked for them before on Burlington Coat Factory in Ventura. The payment came after about 3 weeks with just one follow up phone call. Good luck and keep on them!

Like I said, they started out paying punctually and got slower and slower.

My guess is that they are having trouble paying their contractors. Anybody who is contacted to do pressure washing, landscaping, or window cleaning for ServUrite Services should think twice about it. I know of two pressure washing contractors who refused to do the last service of their contract because they had such a hard time getting paid.

do we need to do a wcr slap on these guys?

Oh, I would just hate for someone to do a bunch of pressure washing, landscaping, or window cleaning for ServUrite Services in Simi Valley, CA and then not get paid for their work and so I’m checking to see if anyone else is having problems getting paid and getting the runaround.

It is worrisome when a company named ServUrite Services based in Simi Valley doesn’t pay hardworking vendors for the work they perform in behalf of ServUrite.

BAD MODERATOR!!!

As Mods we should definitely not put ServURite Services of Simi Valley, CA on blast, even if ServURite Services of Simi Valley, CA doesn’t pay their vendors.

Yeah, but I’m a SUPER MOD, so…

Interestingly, this is second place on page one if you Google “window cleaning ServUrite Services”.

So exactly how far are they behind now? Thad

Master Maintenance is slow to pay too. The first time they paid me that week. The 2nd time it took over 3 weeks with multiple calls and e-mails. Then they said they only pay on the 2nd and 15th of the month, sometimes over 30 days. I pointed out that printed large and clear on the invoice is 'PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION." l also stated if there is a next time it will payment in advance since work in advance doesn’t seem to work so well with them.

It’s only about a G. Shouldn’t be that hard to come up with for a national service provider like ServUrite Services.
They didn’t even bother to schedule the last window service of the year so I really wonder if they are just totally out of money and unable to pay any of their contractors? The pressure washers didn’t do their last service, either.

I would definitely think twice before signing up to do window cleaning, pressure washing, or landscaping for ServUrite Services at this point.

One of the worst feelings in the world is working on a job and wondering if you’ll get paid for it or not. I hope you guys get the money you are owed by ServUrite Services.

I’d be concerned if I was considering contracting with ServURite Services, Inc. at 990 Enchanted Way, Suite 107 Simi Valley, CA 93065 for any pressure washing, window cleaning, or landscaping work.

Well, prepare to be astounded by the amazing powers of TEH INTERWEBZ. I just got a “the check is in the mail” call.

I wish I could forward you the voicemail I got after I called them regarding an invoice from back in June for Real Kleen.

Something is working- I just got a phone call from Servurite Services of Simi Valley, CA and Steve, the CEO had " just walked in" and said I was just paid in full for services including one invoice that is almost 6 months old…

Thanks Thad.
