If anybody is looking for reliable skilled help for the next couple months I am willing to do 2 week stints at a time. I have been cleaning glass for almost 15 years, and really try to promote a familyish “luxury level customer service experience” I would love to learn a thing or two from you and maybe you can learn something from me as well. I have been a bit distracted the last two years on another venture that I recently stepped away from. That’s ok. I have a few different skills and am open to helping out in any way I can. Ex. last winter I worked in a from scratch kitchen for a few months.(2nd trade) I helped them plan and implement some aspects that made them some $$$ and they give me a $3000 bonus for the help. I used that bonus for EDDM by the way. 
Anyway sorry to bring it up here, but would rather offer myself to you professional gentlemen than some of the low wage, intellectual opportunist in my area. Hope that part doesn’t sound negative. Just a recent experience my wife and I have had recently.

It may be half over but the snow may not be gone till June, they predict another 2+ft of snow over the next ten days in the Boston area, to go with the 5ft we got over the last 10 days.

I was approached be some investors a few months ago who had been sub-contracting us out for some commercial properties they manage since October. Evidently they are recruiters of some sort. They said they were interested in investing some $$$ into my company and making us to a national level brand, as an arm of their Property management company. To make a long story short, I have been tying up valuable time putting together a better model of what I currently do but with more resourses, with all the training modules, rules, marketing, etc, while learning their cleaning system for custodial work, (same one developed by Boeing) I have been holding out with little pay and big promises, working tirelessly for too long and I’m afraid that they arent ready for any of this yet. My wife and I dont mind growing our business organicaly, but thought this was the opportunity we had been looking for to slightly hasten the goal. Maybe it still is, but the timing is not good for us considering some major changes we made lately. Isn’t this the way life goes sometime. LOL Learning some things about myself I see need improved. That’s for sure! but also some things that someday will set us up for where we need to be.
I’ve been plotting in secret haha, but I really didn’t think we were gonna get much snow then BAM! almost 3 feet last week and even more to come.
The key to plowing/snow removal/salt & sand success lies in contracts for the snow removal. I haven’t made my money back on the investment quite yet but if we keep getting snow consistently I should be in the green come spring.
