Has anyone doubled or close to it on their small storefront accts. What happened?
Check what you need to make in your market… If what you need to have a 3 br./2 bath/2 car garage is $1500/monthish or $5400.00+ for the same house… and you still charge what the price is in the $1500/month market charges… Because the other guys do it… It’s a race to the bottom… I doubled my profits and went part time. I found that all the fuss to get to have work would gobble up any extra profit I was trying to make… I live and work in San Diego. The prices listed for the Rent of the above are a comparison between Houston and San Diego. Don’t try working more to make more only to find out the extra effort didn’t make sense on your P&L’s Bottom line.
