Just starting to test the waters in my small community…

This is my winter project.
I have the pieces just need to put it together.

Yes, Facebook is awesome for business. Try LinkedIn too. Then connect each page to Twitter. I started up a detailing business along with windows and I got customers using fb messenger to set up appointments.

Fake?

No. Never. Some say that they do but personally I’m not smart enough to figure out how. My facebook page appears on the first page for some keywords on google too, so I really wish I knew how to leverage that but I don’t have a clue how.

There MUST be a way because I get calls at least 2 times a week from fake SEO companies offering “social marketing” but I don’t see how they’d get a potential client to call unless they were already a facebook friend.

Social marketing is so easy. I do not understand why ppl make it out to be complicated. Why no clue, cause you are not adapting to technology. Keep going door to door and pass out flyers, I will sit at home and collect.

and wait for facebook to fill your “schedule”…

This is your problem Ben.

From your prior posts the big “contracts”/ leads that you got from facebook/LinkedIn you did not even do or complete.

Stop playing on facebook and go get some real work.

Any marketing can work, but you have to do the work to get paid.

I’ve done facebook ads (cheaper than adwords ) and got lots of clicks, spent probably $500 that year on fb but never had one person say they found me via Facebook, let alone contact me directly through fb.
I have gotten work via LinkedIn though. Female business owners seemed to be a good target market very accessible on LinkedIn

Ran into director of civic center in Columbus Georgia while cleaning. He mentioned we were connections on LinkedIn and to see if I could come look at the site. He said maintenance dies them but he wants them to look like the restaurant I completed a few minutes ago.

Social marketing allows ppl to build a relationship online. Then meeting in person bonds the relationship. Pretty simple.

Oh wow! So impressive!

Thanks

Ben. You have claims of huge contracts. What is your biggest contract. Show some pics

I really don’t care about big contracts. Although the civic center could go for several grand. I want to sell them the equipment and do parts and service

Wouldn’t you need a up and running supply store in order to do that?

It’s great to have goals and strive for success… You just kinda enjoy your make believe Facebook business.

My son does the same things as you, but he builds his business out of Legos. We play for hours with our make believe world, then go back to reality at dinner time
