Old and some mid range adults .People have loads of money.They will never run out. no reason to work cheap .Charge the hell out of them. Some have hundreds or millions.

Not a work ethic I subscribe to…

I charge what the job is worth whether it is a bungalow or a 3 story beach house.

Yeah, after 48 years in this business its what it is…No reason to work too hard. I have lots of 5 star Yelp reviews and still do a good job. I still work as I’m broke as hell. Kids etc. They get what they pay for.

you’re 68-ish?

I agree, you need to charge as much as you can. But only as much as it calls for. Some jobs are worth more to be certain, like the “pain in the ass” factor, hazards, back breaking activity, and level of insurance required to be onsite. But by no means should you extort people/jobs just because they’re rich. A professional Company/Business should have a standard of excellence in their quality, work ethic, and their attitude. As a customer, I would never want anyone on my property, business, or residential home that wants to take the screws to me, just because I’m rich or well off. I feel people that do that are:

Dishonest
Judgemental
Pretentious
And last but not least::::
(sore about their career choices)

People have anestimate onhouse size. When I get there I give tham an exact price. I charge alot because of experience. They dont have to agree with price. You get what you pay for. I do a good job and honest and ethical.When it comes down to it were all in it to make money.Most people dont like working. So they either will pay the rate of not.

I don’t charge more because people have money. I give a fair price and they get a great service. Sometimes I’ll discount jobs for the elderly and people on a fixed income. Either way, I always delivery more than promised. I take pride in my work. I get tipped often and I don’t mean 20 bucks. This is how you build a business and get referrals.

Don’t hate on the rich people. I’ve done business with some of the richest people in the country (billionaires). Many are the salt of the earth.
