I’m preparing to order some door to door marketing materials and I have s very limited budget. I want to go with either tri-folds or door hangers, but I can’t afford both right now. Which one have you guys found to give the best ROI?

Door hangers for sure. Best ROI! If you are a WCRA member you can get around 5-6,000 for $250-350
I’m just going to punch a small hole in my trifold, run a rubber band through with a business card and instant door hanger.

Imo, tri folds are overkill for resi. Flyer or door hanger is sufficient. I think a resi customer can get lost in a trifold. For commercial work, I swear by the tri fold

Haven’t done it yet, I was too busy this year to hang. But once I have a couple of cleaners, we’ll be canvasing neighborhoods for sure.
