I use a door to door sales app called spotio and then a field service app called housecall pro or mhelpdesk. Do any of you know of an app that allows you to do both door to door sales (drop pins on a map and change status) with dispatching/scheduling/crm features?
i have been looking to no avail. i like sales rabbit and it can integrate with salesforce but i am using tcf.
what is tcf? so do you use salesforce for scheduling?
no i use tcf=the customer factor.
how are you liking spotio? is it improving your system?
I see. Cool! And with the setup you have when you put a customer into sales rabbit does it automatically go into the customer factor?
i have not started using it yet we are shut for winter till mid april and no it does not integrate. i am trying to determani between sales rabbit and spotio. but neither integrate with the rest of my system.

so…what is your experience so far with spotio?
I have liked spotio. I went with Spotio because of their ability to work from a desktop. However, I know Sales Rabbit now offers stuff from desktop. I have worked with sales rabbit and like their lead generation tool. Spotio has a lead generation tool but it’s pricey. Overall, I think Sales Rabbit has the better phone app and Spotio has the better desktop app.
