Hello new to the forum. I was wondering about everyone’s pricing on the double hung windows and storms.I’m currently charging $25. Per opening which includes screen cleaning. I then add on .25 for each French pane

Excellent presentation for break down of windows, you are spot on.
French door 1/1 $25.
When you get to the exterior mutton windows I will charge up to 1.50 per pane because it is like cleaning another window.
If you are running a professional business you should be averaging 1.00 for every 1 minute of work (some areas a little more) to cover your nice equipment, overhead and software, etc. If you are averaging less than this; you will always be out of breath when all your doing is running in place - not moving forward! Our new customers are often WOWED by our service, our rates now appear reasonable to them! _And NO we don’t close every estimate. Now in our 9th year we have very large accounts that call on us.
