I have been using my wfp for two years now an almost all my customers that I used it on have been repeat customers so far . 1 maybe 2 were. Questioning it . So ya those pamphlets will be good for those customers , because I’m not good at explaining things so they will be great for me to say I got something for you hold on . Steve is so right when he says make sure your customer is happy before you leave , an if for some reason you leave an the windows are stil drying reassure them. They will dry spot free if they don’t I will come back an re do them , an let them knew about hard water stains that those type of spots will not come out with a regular window cleaning .
Mr. Fairline talks about all the new customers he gets from his comp do to wfp , he doesn’t say he gets anyone from traditional guys hard to believe . There are more guys who do a shit Job with trad tools than wfp. Why don’t we send all out customers a pamphlet that gives them a choice hey here ya go how would you the non pro want me to clean your windows
Ps : I’m switching to ettore rubbers can we get pamphlets for that 
With all that said its nice that Wcr is doing these pamphlets for all of you that have concerns about this .

If your customer is in doubt of how amazingly clean the windows will be, even though you are leaving when they are still wet ( please pay me instead of engaging me - this is costing me money) …
TRY THIS :
Explain to the customer that you will squeegee off the bottom half of her favourite window - that is usually the one at the kitchen looking over the back yard - and if there is any difference with the 2 halves after it dries, tell her you will be back tomorrow to fix them all … now … I wouldn’t offer that if I didn’t already know that this method works perfectly, would I ?

My customer this morning was all about me using the WFP at his home. He wanted the sills cleaned well (double hung 1/1) the system was perfect for the job.
Not only was the glass perfect but the sills and frames looked great too.
I love the Reach It dual trim brush that I have, I wish I could use my WFP on every job.

I was just being sarcastic about the plumbers an the electricians, but hey why not a video for the customers that are questioning it which for me havnt been many, An if I look back since I have been using my wfp mostly all have been repeat business.
