Hi there. Not sure if you are familiar with an app called MailChimp, but it’s a relatively simple tool to maintain an email database, and engage in an email campaign and view analytic on your emails. It has some pretty up to date templates as far as design goes. PM me if you need some help getting into it, although there’s plenty of tutorials on the service itself.

Copy only Emails or HTML template types?

havnt sent HTML emails out yet. Email blast to existing customer along with reminder postcards are working very well for us
