What up fellas?! Anyone have an employee handbook in pdf or a doc file that I can use or buy from you. I need one bad, and I can tweak it for my stuff. If anyone would do it please let me know. Thanx.
P.S.- Damian Casillas with AB Window Cleaning turned me on to a book that is by far the best book I have ever listened to (itunes download) in regards to running a business called “The E Myth”. You gotta get this, I finally was able to see that the problems I had with my guys, were MY problems ultimately and really tells you the thought process in how to solve most of those issues. Check it out.
Thank you very much Eric, but one of the window cleaners on this forum was able to give me one that is geared toward professional window cleaning. I can appreciate your wanting to market to new industries as we all are looking for new ways to do so. I can only speak for myself here, but on this forum we pretty much just help each other out if we can. If you would like to be a part of our community, welcome. We could always use another professional that could be of help to our businesses. Please make your offer alittle more specific, as I really dont see how a general handbook would work for me.
