My main concern w/ ant coating that makes the glass hydrophobic is the extra time it takes to wfp those windows.
Seal the ones on the ground level, most 2nd story won’t need sealant, it’ll make it easier to squeegee those instead of fighting them with the WFP since they’re easy to access.
When I’m set up to wfp it takes enough extra time to switch to traditional that it’s just as fast to wfp everything.
I do the same, but if you have sealant fighting you you can leave that one behind and clean before leaving.
And I don’t carry my traditional tools when WFP’ing so I understand what you’re saying
I do a lot of sealed glass with my wfp, pencil jets, never have any issues.
