Holy crap guys, I think I just made the best purchase of my window cleaning career (so far). We’d been using the Unger Ergotech handles and they worked fine. Then I ordered the Contour Pro handle and it’s a night and day difference. I EASILY cut my fanning time in half and pole work with this thing is AMAZING! It’s like I went from driving the short bus to a Ferrari F50. I love it!
i’m glad to hear you like that handle cuz i was thinking about ordering it as well… we do only residential jobs and many of them have storm windows so its makes it hard to close out… im hoping this handle will help… which channel are you using? i was thinking about getting the slayer channel.
Closing out is MUCH easier since the handle folds back. We are using the Unger channels just because that’s why I started with. I’d like to try the slayers eventually.

mistersqueegee, if i get the contour pro+ for super channels, will i be able to use my current brass and stainless steal ettore channels with it or do i need to get the regular contour pro+?
You’ll need the Contour for regular channels if you want to use your brass channels.
The Contour Pro + is for the Slim channels like Ettore and Unger and the Contour Pro + Super Channel is for Slayers. Its cool I use it one in a while but I prefer the Pro+ Its the same handle minus the pivot action.
But you lose out on the sweet zero degree action Josh!
No I don’t. I have one when I need that Zero degree action
It works so sweet on some windows and not so sweet on others. On windows that have more drag, I can use the pivot action. Just doesn’t feel right to me.

It shows how you can make your contour pro + work with regular unger or ettore channels.
The Contour was designed to be used w/ the regular Ettore or Unger channels that use clips. Karl’s blog shows how to make it work w/ clipless channels.
I think that handle is good for 0 degree and thats it but I did get the wagtail and it work great. I thought it was just another neat looking tool that wasnt going to proform. The day it came in we had a large store front to do and I used it the whole time and It is awesome on and off a pole. Buy it if you have not yet. Its worth the money.
Contour pro + is my idol. I mean if I were a squeegee handle, I would have a major crush on the Contour.
I haven’t picked up my Wagtail in over a week. I have a house job with big plate windows in 30min. I think I’ll put it back in service today. This house got plastered with egg a week ago.
