Everything is cool!

A few a weeks ago I mentioned we were losing accounts at the rate of about 4 day. But its been 2 full weeks now and not one has been lost.

I checked the records and the same thing happened last year at the same time.

And we are +5 (new) for today and possibly more if any of the guys picked any up while working!!

Thats good to here. Its a good thing to have those stats in the past to look up. Every August I go through a real slow down, and I think wat happened?!? Then 1or 2 years ago I looked up and it happens every August. So I didn’t panick about it last year.

It happened to me too, last August was my first one and I was freaking out, completely clueless … until I looked at the previous years (other owner) and got some sort of relief.

I was starting to freak out a little lately because our phone has not started ringing, even after sending reminders to about 200 of our spring residential customers. I think we got about 3 calls total off of the cards. This week though, the phone has begun to ring again. I’m getting tired of paying my guys to organize the bay!:frowning:

Have you thought about having them organize your sock drawer instead?:stuck_out_tongue:

Then I’d have to put my wife on unemployment!:slight_smile:

I was focusing mostly on the ones I lost and not thinking enough about the new accounts. I just did my numbers for that month and I’m actually up over last year. January was a little lower but not enough to worry about. [/FONT][/COLOR]
