I can take ribbing each other a bit, back and forth. But it sure didn’t seem like poking at each other once your wife jumped in and others jumped in as well. It changed the tone of your post from (I took it as ribbing me) to being a jerk, when your wife gives me hell.

Not setting a ladder on a roof?
Can you explain why?
Because it isn’t a safe way of doing the job.
I haven’t taken any training for ladder safety, but common sense tells me that isn’t a very safe situation. No tie off at the bottom, and I’m sure the top isn’t secured either. If I had an employee who did that, I would fire them on the spot.
Pretty sure if that ladder slipped, you won’t need to worry about cleaning windows for some time, if ever again.

What kinda leg levelers do you use for your ladders?
I’m not questioning the type of leg levelers you are using. I am questioning the way you are using them…
