Eze-Breeze Windows

Anyone clean Eze-breeze windows. I have a community that some houses have these. I always turn them down because they are some type of vinyl. A lot of times the customers want me to clean the screens behind these and say they will clean the window. Would the WFP work on cleaning the vinyl window? These just seem more like a pain and not worth my time.

They ain’t easy!
Most manufacturers suggest cleaning each pane by hand using something like Murphy’s Oil. It takes ALOT of time to remove each pane, clean and dry and then reinstall. Not sure what’s worse: the removal/reinstallation or the cleaning!

We recently tried a new method, working as a team:
One person removed panes and brought them to a table set up outside.
On the table was a tub of soap water - just a large but shallow plastic storage container.
A person at the table dropped a pane into the tub, then used a microfiber cloth soaked in the solution to clean the plastic, and a soft hair bristle basting brush to lightly clean the tracks around the plastic. Took no time at all!
Then, a third person, took the cleaned pane and, using our water fed hose attached with a small sprayer, rinsed each pane thoroughly with pure water.
While the two at the table were cleaning and rinsing, the first guy was steady removing panes and bringing them to the table. As cleaned and rinsed panes would dry (at least mostly dry) he would carry those back in, reinstall and them carry more dirty ones out.
This method sped up the process.
Nevertheless, charge the customer!

No WFP ! They are vinyl. They will scratch if you look at them wrong. Soft cloth and a mild cleaner. There are recommendations from mfg’s.
