Falcon attacks

A falcon almost took my ear off today. The dirty bird waited for me to get in my chair & popped out of nowhere swooping back and forth diving @ my head.
I called it a wrap & the facility manager said he’s putting up fake owls & if I hurt the bird were all in big trouble. I’ll be there tomorrow w/ some mace & vengeance for that dirty bird. I’ll let you guys know what happens.

“I’m telling you, the darn thing flew into my hands so fast that he broke his neck”

Yea,yea, that’s what happens.

Tazer. It will remember you and there will be no more aggravation.

This.

all in a days work!

A couple years ago I was cleaning a major building with another company. As I was crossing a busy 3 lane street in downtown P-town, a bird was attacking me, pecking at my head, all while traffic and 18 wheelers were whizzing by. Did I mention I was in the median, all of 4 feet to walk on?

It turns out the bird was a migratory species that seems to find home in a tree right in the middle of the city once a year. I gets so bad that they have to caution tape the entire area of the sidewalk off.

My mother works for this very same company I was cleaning and said she saw a mailman, with his little cart, trying to walk up the sidewalk and do his job. This dive-bomber of a bird attacked, and the poor guy dumped his cart all over the sidewalk. So not only did he have to pick up all of his mail, he had to fend off the pesky thing at the same time!
The bird actually drew blood on a few.

To this day the bird still comes back, and I avoid that area like the plague that one time a year when he does.

He lost, I sprayed his face w/ hornet spray…I got him 5’ away on the attack @ my face, he then flew backwards & disappeared.
