This is going to be a great one. This “Profit First” Method has had the 2nd greatest impact on my businesses over the years. First being The E-Myth years ago. The profit first concept will completely change your business when followed.
Great book. Keeps me consistent and under control. I always have money and there’s always money in the bank.

This is a can’t miss talk. Ron is super fun, very passionate and extremely smart about profitability. Profit First is a very easy concept that more business people want to complicate. Just the ease your mind is at knowing you always have the money to pay taxes through this system is a huge relief.
