Fellow Window Cleaners you are most likely missing out!

Have you ever wanted to listen to music while you work but have lacked the gumption to actually follow through and make it happen? Well procrastinate no longer; introducing the $30.00 bluetooth from Costco. This puppy wirelessly connects to your smart phone allowing you to listen to music user volume controlled music with the push of button and you can jam through any job or number of windows it makes the time fly by.

Did I mention that its wireless and fits in one ear so you have one ear free to listen to your work and be attentive to your customers or other obstacles that you may need to be listening for. Its almost like I’m not even working when I’ve got it going in my ear and the batter lasts for 5 hours straight, I just recharge in between jobs while driving because the charger hooks right up to your cd player or cigarette lighter.

In case you already knew about this let the others know how great it is and if not you should try it you’ve really got nothing to lose. It makes window cleaning fly by and its only $30.00 the best part is at Costco you don’t need to save your receipt because they will keep a record in the system and you can return it if you break it and they’ll replace it no questions AND you can answer calls while working the music will automatically pause when a call or text comes in and then when you hang up the music starts back up automatically!

I had a stereo set last year and lost them! They were way more than $30 as well.
I saw a mono today locally for $11. Was worried about the quality, but I will say that wireless IS definitely awesome for window cleaning and listening to music.

One more thing it comes with several different attachments depending on your ear size and unlike older bluetooths that would fall out when bending over to dip they stay put and you can switch ears. I love mine I got a new one because I wore my other one out by sweating in my ear and dropped into water once my fault and i finally got another one today after months and i couldn’t believe the hop it put back in my step helps me work much faster.

Which model did you get? I was looking at this very thing today, but can’t decide what I want.
Thanks
Joe

This is what I have, works fine for me but thanks for sharing.

I wish I could, I tend to make mistakes or forget things when listening to music… So I dropped the ear buds a while ago…

For another 30 you can get the hearing aid that looks like a Bluetooth ear piece. For only 60 you get the Bluetooth for music and phone and another for eavesdropping on the customer behind you. But let’s not stop there, you will also get a five piece knife set for your kitchen. Oh and you will also get a complimentary…

I find for me when doing storefronts music kinda elevates my work presence. With music the job becomes a dance. I smile more. I interact with the viewers better. Every now and then when I feel like practicing fanning I add a touch more slip to the solution, put on some classic music and just flow.
It took me a loooong time to compartmentize my mind with the music and the work. I used to allways leave a little water behind that had to be detailed out.
But not anymore. Now after jamming some tunes and smiles while cleaning some windows I find myself looking back at my completed work smiling, thinking, “Damm… Dem be some sexy looking windows!!”

Not for me. I prefer to hear the sweet sound of screeching glass as I gouge my razor across debris covered glass. Really fast you get that high pitched sound or slow for the crack crack crack as you plow thru the mortar chunks. Ahhhh, those sweet sounds. Gives me the chills just thinking about it.:stuck_out_tongue:

Best I’ve tried so far. Not bluetooth, but you can answer phone by touching button on side + volume control, pass on calls etc. Waterproof & you can wash them under tap. Has a clip that keeps the wire to the side (I use under shirt). Only problem is knowing who is calling, but you can set your different rings for that.
Besides… bluetooth never really worked for me.

Focus,lol

I know i cant shut off the salesman approach

I like that song

@Jaran
You don’t have to. You found a product that works well and want to share it. So now folks might think about checking it out and see if it is good. Me, if I get something, it would be a wireless mp3 type and use a blue tooth thingy. I’d end up getting all tangled up in wires and choke myself. Folks thinking I am having a seizure or something. Security checking out the banks cams wondering if maybe a swarm of bees attacked me. Will it work with a wireless mp3? Sure would like to crank out some Enya while fanning or dusting.:stuck_out_tongue:
