That is exactly right. Dont sugar coat the job. If it requires saturday work, let them know up front. Lay it out in front of them before they start with you. Expectations are key. Let them know about slow periods, possible lay offs in the winter ect. dont forget about punctuality. Im constantly dealing with this with a selected few. Mostly younger college guys have been the worse for me when it comes to being late.
