I haven’t done it yet. Just gave estimates, they just wanted to know what the cost would be. They are not in a rush to get it done.
And to clarify this is not my first big commercial client. Just my first bid on one. I have a 3 story nursing home that I do for $1800 outside only. But that was given to me by another cleaning that moved out of the area. Pricing on commercial has always given me issues. No problem on residential.
