I’m about to clean my first composite deck. It’s about 10 feet in the air with about 15 steps coming down to the ground. It’s about 8’x8’. There is grass all underneath it. I’m going to use a pump sprayer with 1/3 SH and water, brush down and rinse with garden hose. First of all, how much should I charge for this and how long do you think it would take to clean? Second, of course I will presoak the grass underneath but do I have to worry about the mix falling down and killing the grass underneath even if I presoak? Thanks for any help.
Question: do you guys clean stained or painted wooden decks the same way as you clean composite decks, with SH and water?
