Flyer and Door hanger advice

I get a lot of business from my door hangers. Probably more than any other form. And I saw someone mentioned sendjim. Sendjim is an absolutely amazing tool to stay in touch with your customers

Big government hard at work. :-/
In Florida we just need to stay away from “No Trespassing” and “Private Property” signage. Some sub-divisions have a “No Handbills” policy along with “No Soliciting”, which we know the Supreme Court ruled that door hangers and flyers are not soliciting, right? Anyway, glad to live in a free State.

looks pretty similar to me. business name, state use tax (if commercial window cleaning), federal employee tax all require registration.
for any in home sales of product or service it looks like the business requires a “home solicitation permit” sounds the same as our direct sellers license.
also florida has a telephone solicitation but i can’t tell if it applies to window cleaning.
looks at a glance like florida has lots big government hard at work. :confounded:

You are talking about “soliciting”, door hangers and flyers are not soliciting. I find very few people like soliciting, so therefore I do not do it.
