Politics are always a touchy subject, but the actual blame goes further than the White House, and the President. People need to become more informed about the world around them. And then ask questions.
The reality is our whole “great system” of a democracy is a farse. People need to come together and let all levels of government know that enough is enough. I can’t believe that any person who works for what they have could side with liberals. I do not think it is the governments role to take our hard earned money, and deal it out to whom they want. That is really what my bone is about democrats, they love to spend other peoples money…not their own. Think of all of the ways gov’t taxes and fines and surcharges you to death. It makes me sick.
As far as Obama goes, he didn’t win an election, he won a popularity vote. Completely unqualified along with his whole administration. He did time things right though, coming along after Bush. I am no huge fan of Bush, but look what that guy had to deal with. Terrorism as we know it unfolded in his lap, and he set in motion to counter it.
Here’s the solution to fix our country:
Shrink government. Term limits. Reduce taxes & spending on all levels. Kill welfare. Stop allowing lobbyists. No more bailouts. Fiscal responsibility. And then some.
If people only knew the half of where their money was being spent…I swear there would be a revolution. People would revolt. And in every single corner of our economy, big government is there to take advantage of us. What id government had to operate as a real business, with profit and loss, and generating revenue? The only way they know how to generate revenue is:
Higher taxes - property tax, sales tax, income tax, excise tax, social security, medicare, unemployment, estate tax, gift tax, hotel tax, tobacco tax, gas tax, alcohol tax, and so on…
Raise fees & dues - driver’s license, license plates, traffic tickets, passports, marriage certificates, business licensing & registration, permits, etc…
Get the picture folks??? Remember that saving grace called Social Security? You know that little bit of money gov’t steals from you every paycheck? And how when they take your money they promise to lock it away, keep it safe, and give some back when you retire? Well then why is SS broke? Because government is a fraud. Open up your eyes people. But then again, they know that you will just sit back and take it.
